Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · effective 3 November 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the innovae.com.au website and emails you send to us at innovae.com.au addresses. It’s published by Innovae Pty Ltd (ABN 14 697 797 970), an Australian company (“we”, “us”).
Our apps have their own privacy policies, which explain what each app handles and where:
If anything here seems to differ from an app’s policy, the app’s policy is the one that applies to that app.
2. This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It loads nothing from other websites: the fonts and images come from this site.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Like any web host, Vercel processes request details such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel keeps those logs under its own policy; we don’t use them to identify visitors.
Links to our product websites and to LinkedIn open those sites, and their own policies apply there.
3. Emails to us
When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. Our email provider stores and delivers that mail for us. We use it only to reply and help you, and we keep it as long as we need it for that and for our business records.
We don’t add you to a mailing list because you emailed us.
4. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the emails you’ve sent us, or ask us to correct or delete them, where the law allows. We’ll reply within 30 days (Australia) or 20 working days (New Zealand). In the UK and EU you also have the rights to restrict and object to processing; we’ll reply within one month.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz), or your local data protection authority.
5. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date.
