These terms apply to your use of the innovae.com.au website, which is run by Innovae Pty Ltd (ABN 14 697 797 970), an Australian company (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

2. Information on this site

This site gives a short, general description of Innovae and our products. Each product’s own website and app store listing describe it in full; where they differ from this site, they’re the ones to rely on. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or insurance advice.

3. Intellectual property

The site’s content, including the Innovae name and logo and our product names and logos, belongs to us. You may view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

4. Links to other sites

The site links to our product websites and to LinkedIn. We’re not responsible for other organisations’ websites, and their own terms apply there.

5. Liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can’t lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new version number and effective date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
